Royal Zara Tindall Turns Heads in Hot Pink Ensemble (& Her Husband Compares Her to Starburst Candy)

It looks like Mike Tindall has a special craving for Starburst candy, thanks to his wife Zara Tindall and fellow royal, Princess Eugenie. (Allow us to explain.)

At the Jubilee Thanksgiving service today, which took place at Saint Paul's Cathedral, the queen's eldest granddaughter stepped out in an eye-catching pink dress designed by Laura Green London, pairing it with a gorgeous violet percher (courtesy of Juliette Millinery) and gray shoes. Meanwhile, Eugenie turned heads in a bright orange gown by Emilia Wickstead, which she wore with a black hat and matching heels. Shortly after they attended the ceremony, Mike, who also matched with his wife by sporting a pink tie, proceeded to post a funny meme of the two ladies on Instagram.

In the post, we see a snap of Zara and Eugenie posing together in their bright colors. And on the right side, there are images of orange and pink Starbursts, proving that the royals could almost pass for life-size candies. In the caption, he wrote, "When you combine your favourite Starbursts!! 2 world class ladies!! #starburst #platinumjubilee."

In the comments, one fan referred to Kate's yellow ensemble and joked, "Throw Kate in there, she’s lemon lol." Another fan said, "Obsessed with both of their outfits today!"

But the fun didn't end there. In his Stories, Mike also tried on his wife's hat with his suit, which looked rather fashionable, if you ask us.

He wrote, "New day, new hat!"

Aside from Mike's brilliant royal commentary, this year's Platinum Jubilee celebrations have been quite entertaining. First, Princess. First, Princess Charlotte pulled a big sister move while waving with her siblings in the Trooping the Colour parade. Then, Prince Louis proceeded to steal the show on the palace balcony with his meme-worthy facial expressions. And now, eyes are on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are all smiles as they reunite with the royals for their first public event since 2020.

We'll be keeping an eye out for even more candy-inspired looks as the festivities go on.
