Taylor Swift Has Another (!) Album on the Way & We’re Getting the First Song at Midnight

Just two short months after Taylor Swift surprised us all with her album, “Evermore,” the 31-year-old star just announced she has another major album on the way. And it’ll be here “soon.”

In an unexpected move, Swift revealed that she has officially completed the re-recording of her career-changing album, “Fearless.” Oh, and she also casually announced that the first song from the record, “Love Story,” will drop tonight at midnight.

“I’m thrilled to tell you that my new version of “Fearless” (Taylor’s Version) is done and will be with you soon,” Swift captioned a post on Instagram early Thursday. “It has 26 songs including 6 never before released songs from the vault. “Love Story” (Taylor’s Version) will be out tonight.”

Yup, you read that correctly—we’re getting new versions of all the songs from the 2008 album as well as six others. Not surprisingly, Swifties around the world were thrilled. Although the singer doesn’t allow comments on her IG page, the post quickly acquired over 1.5 million likes in the first hour. In addition to the social media announcement, Swift also broke the news on Good Morning America.

“My version of Fearless will have 26 songs on it because I've decided to add songs from the vault, which are songs that almost made the original Fearless album, but I've now gone back and recorded those so that everyone will be able to hear not only songs that made the album, but the songs that almost made it: the full picture,” she said in a clip on the morning show.

Best. News. Ever. We’ll see you at midnight, Taylor.
