Yeehaw! ‘Queer Eye’ Cast Brings ‘Cowboy Chic’ to Brand-New Trailer for Season 6

The Queer Eye crew are back and more farm-ready than ever.

While many of us are preparing for the cold winter months ahead, the Fab Five are taking viewers to the sunny deep south in season 6 of their reality series, which is set to premiere on December 31.

Along with the official release date, Netflix also offered the first taste of the upcoming episodes with a teaser that was shared to the official Queer Eye Instagram account. The trailer was posted with a caption that said, “Saddle up y'all! The Fab 5 come to Tex-yass on December 31st! Grab your tissues and get comfy, because self love is bigger in Texas hunny!”

In the video, Bobby, Tan, Antoni, Karamo and Jonathan look ready to break into a rendition of “Old Town Road” as they sport their finest cowboy chic. Check it out below.

Naturally, the five members each brought their own flair to the Western look. For instance, Tan France was seen sporting a Canadian tuxedo, but he added a delicate touch with white embroidered flowers on the sleeves of the button-up. Meanwhile, JVN rocked an asymmetrical dress adorned with fringe at the bottom and paired it with bright red boots.

Fans were super excited that the show is finally returning, like one user who said, “FINALLYYYYYYYYYY!” Another wrote, “Yesssss I can't wait!!!!”

The sixth season was teased back in April, when the Fab Five were shown posing in front of personalized billboards on the show's Instagram account. The team wrote, “Let’s try this again y’all! We’re SO EXCITED to step our cowboy boots back in Austin to film Queer Eye: Texas! Can’t wait to bring more smiles (and tears) to your faces!”

While filming for season 6 was initially pushed back due to the coronavirus, we're glad to see that our favorite squad is making their glamorous return. (And we'll see just how many cowboy outfits they spin out of it.)
