Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are pulling a Chip and Joanna Gaines.

Over the weekend, Kensington Palace confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are relocating to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor in anticipation of the arrival of their child. But it seems even royal estates need some renovating now and again.

According to The Daily Mail, the couple has begun a major renovation project to turn the cottage, which was originally five separate apartments for staff, into a five-room home. They’ll also include a room for the 37-year-old duchess’s mom, Doria Ragland, and a separate house for a nanny and security.

Frogmore Cottage was built between 1680 and 1684, so a little facelift is definitely in order. But in typical Markle form, the mom-to-be is adding some flair of her own. The Telegraph reports that Markle is adding a spa, yoga studio and nursery to the house, because, well, why not?
