See the First Pics! Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Make First Public Appearance as a Couple
*Sniff, sniff* Is that a royal engagement we smell? Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made their first public appearance as a couple, and they looked totally in lurve.
As suspected, Prince Harry and Markle attended the Invictus Games, a weeklong multi-sport event for wounded servicemen and women, in Toronto today. As the royal couple spectated and cheered on the athletes, they shared a few private moments whispering sweet nothings to each other—an activity we could spectate for hours (in the least creepy way possible).
The outing marks their first photographed public appearance as a couple since they began dating in 2016, but it wasn’t Markle’s first royal escapade. The pair also attended the Games’ opening ceremony last Friday but didn’t sit together. The Suits actress was seated in the stands alongside Soho House director and longtime friend Markus Anderson. Prince Harry, on the other hand, sat a few rows in front of Markle, next to first lady Melania Trump.
Matching sunglasses? Check. Eskimo kisses? Check. Engagement ring? Tick-tock, Queen Elizabeth.
