Bill Hader Named Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for ‘Barry’ at 2018 Emmy Awards

First it was Jeffrey Tambor for Transparent. Then it was Donald Glover for Atlanta. And now, a new winner is taking over the throne.

Bill Hader went home with the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for his role in Barry at the 70th annual ceremony tonight.

The actor was up against Anthony Anderson for Black-ish (ABC), Ted Danson for The Good Place (NBC), Larry David for Curb Your Enthusiasm (HBO), Donald Glover for Atlanta (FX) and William H. Macy for Shameless (Showtime).

Congratulations to Hader and all the nominees!
