More than a month after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s royal wedding, Oprah Winfrey is still struck by having watched them solidify their bond IRL.

The media maven spoke about her experience as a royal wedding guest for the first time in the cover story of British Vogue’s August issue, and it’s no surprise that she loved every moment of it.

“It left me feeling that anything is possible through the power of love,” Winfrey said in a sneak-peek of her interview. “Reverend Curry was right!”

Oprah is, of course, referencing how Chicago-based Bishop Michael Bruce Curry quoted Martin Luther King Jr. during the ceremony, saying, “We must discover the power of love, the redemptive power of love. And when we discover that, we will be able to make of this old world a new world. Love is the only way.” (Anyone else choked up thinking back to that special moment?)

The Super Soul Sunday podcast host also opened up about the wedding guest faux pas she narrowly avoided after realizing her dress looked white in photos (gasp!). “In the picture the dress looked white, not cream. I googled, ‘Can you wear white to a wedding? Answer: No don’t risk it,’” Oprah admitted. So, she did what only Oprah (or probably a royal) can do and reached out to Stella McCartney to commission a new dress two days before the wedding. The designer worked tirelessly to create another royal look in blush pink just in time. Phew!

Fingers crossed Queen O spills all the tea on her relationship with Meg’s mom, Doria Ragland, when her full interview debuts Friday. Something tells us there’s more to their friendship than kumquats and yoga
