Remember when Michelle Obama captivated the nation with—in addition to her smarts and poise—her strong, toned arms? (Seriously, that was all the workout inspo we needed for, like, eight years.)
But because we don't see Michelle in the spotlight much right now, we need a new patron saint of strong shoulders. And guys, we found one: Meghan Markle.
You wouldn't have known it from her wedding ceremony dress, but once Meg slipped into her Stella McCartney reception dress, our jaws dropped at her perfectly sculpted upper body. We want that, we thought.
And luckily, we can kinda have it, since Craig McNamee, who trained Markle while she lived in Toronto, spilled the deets on her fitness routine. Think: high repetitions (20 to 25 times for each exercise) and low weights, three or four days a week.
