In the latest edition of "Meghan Markle wore a thing," the Duchess of Sussex stepped out for her and Prince Harry's first joint visit to their royal title namesake (the county of Sussex) in all green—which is only fitting, since we have total outfit envy.

To greet the crowds, Markle wore an emerald green silk top from & Other Stories and matching leather pencil skirt by Hugo Boss, which she topped with a cream cashmere Giorgio Armani coat and beige Stuart Weitzman heels. She also carried a forest green satin Gabriela Hearst Demi bag, which is shaped like a little fortune cookie with a top handle (and is basically the mini bag of our wildest dreams).

Markle and Prince Harry were welcomed by the public and some Sussex local schoolchildren, and Harry couldn't pass up petting all the four-legged fans who came out to see them.
