ICYMI: Megan Fox is officially engaged to Machine Gun Kelly.

The Transformers star, 35, announced the exciting news on Instagram, where she shared a video of the surprise proposal. It didn’t take long for MGK to follow up with rare footage of Fox’s stunning engagement ring, which was designed by the soon-to-be groom. The sparkler features two gems that represent the couple’s birthstones, set in a unique coil style.

So, what does it look like? And what is the estimated cost? Keep scrolling for details about Megan Fox’s engagement ring.

1. What does Megan Fox's engagement ring look like?

We turned to jewelry designer Mark Broumand (president of Mark Broumand Inc.), who analyzed the footage of Fox’s engagement ring and shared his expertise. “This Toi et Moi style has a very unique look,” he told PureWow. “The gorgeous white diamond and green emerald really complement each other.”

Broumand continued, “The two pear-shaped gemstones, a timeless cut that dates back to the 15th century, are showcased in a multi split shank design featuring round diamonds in a pave setting set on platinum. It is modern, edgy and elegant.”

2. How big is it?

Broumand estimated that “the emerald and diamond are approximately 6 carats each.” (That’s 12 carats in total.)

3. How much did it cost?

The price tag depends on the characteristics of the stones, which (according to Broumand) “look to be top quality.” Therefore, the jewelry expert explained that the engagement ring likely cost around $300,000.

4. Who designed it?

Machine Gun Kelly teamed up with Stephen Webster to design the ring, which symbolizes their relationship. “I know tradition is one ring, but I designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love,” he wrote on Instagram.
