Gone are the days of meat dresses and ten-inch platforms. Lady Gaga’s second fashion act is officially here and it’s quite possibly the most glamorous transformation I’ve ever seen.

The artist formerly known as Mother Monster, whom I’ll hereby refer to as “Goddess Gaga,” arrived at the Los Angeles premiere of A Star Is Born in a custom haute couture Givenchy gown designed by creative director Clare Waight Keller. (Yep, the same sartorial genius who designed Meghan Markle’s wedding gown).

The “Joanne” singer wore platform shoes under her gown so she appeared to be floating like the ethereal being she is. The intricate column gown was made of silver lace and came with a matching cape roughly as long as a fully grown human.

And since not even that was enough bling for GG (“Goddess Gaga”), the Grammy winner accessorized the look with a 100-carat diamond necklace and 20-carat diamond earrings from Bulgari.

And to really top things off, Gaga put her spin on old Hollywood glamour with chrome nails and metallic liner.

There’s a million reasons I’m v into this new Gaga.
