Kelly Rowland & Newborn Baby Receive Surprise Visit From Beyoncé & Michelle Williams

It looks like Destiny’s Child had a surprise reunion this week!

Kelly Rowland received a welcome visit from former bandmates Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Michelle Williams as they came to congratulate the singer on the birth of her child, Noah Jon Weatherspoon. Baby Noah was born on January 21st and Rowland recently posted a photo with the newborn and his older brother, Titan, with a caption that read, “My Happy Place. So grateful.”

While Rowland has been sharing adorable pics with her kids, we're itching to see a photo of the Destiny's Child trio back together. The news that Knowles and Williams came to visit was announced in a special interview Rowland gave to Entertainment Tonight. Despite the official disbandment of the group in 2006, it's clear that the trio is still as tight as ever.

In the interview, Rowland told ET that "The girls were literally over here at the house just recently and when they met the baby it was like another part of my heart just... Being able to share space with Michelle and Bey is truly a gift." She added, "And I'm just so grateful for them and they are a highlight of my life. Not professionally, but our friendship and our sisterhood—you're going to make me cry."

This week marked the 23rd anniversary of the release of Destiny's Child's debut album, which brought the Grammy award-winning R&B group onto the music scene. Two decades later, Rowland is still just as hard at work. The latest EP from the artist, titled K, was released last night at midnight. The release is the first new project from the artist since her EP, The Kelly Rowland Edition, released in 2019.

Dropping an EP right after having a baby? Talk about a soldier!
