Keira Knightley Confirms She Secretly Welcomed Baby No. 2 Weeks Ago

Keira Knightley just revealed that she and her husband, James Righton, welcomed their second child…six weeks ago.

The 34-year-old actress recently sat down for an interview with BBC Breakfast and addressed recent rumors claiming she had given birth to baby number two. While discussing her fatigued appearance, Knightley confirmed the child’s arrival and admitted that she’s been caring for a newborn.

“You can tell I’ve got a 6-week-old baby, can’t you?!” she said. “I’m talking, but I’ve got no idea where I’m going.”

Knightley went on to confess a secret that will make every new mom say, “Same.”

“This is about the third time since I gave birth that my hair has been brushed—and I didn’t brush it,” she said. “Lovely Luke, who is my hairdresser today, he brushed it. I was in my pajamas when they got there and this is somebody else’s dress…so it’s all smoke and mirrors today, which I’m super happy about.”

We first learned about the actress’s pregnancy back in May when she flaunted her growing baby bump at a cocktail party in Paris, France. In mid-September, several reports stated that Knightley had welcomed her second child, though no details were ever confirmed.

Knightley and Righton are also parents to a 4-year-old daughter named Edie.
