Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt treated her followers to a rare mother-daughter moment this weekend.
The author and animal advocate posted herself seated on the sand with her daughter, Lyla Maria. Schwarzenegger wrote, "Morning beach walks with my little mouse are my favorite."
This is not the first time Schwarzenegger has shared a beach pic of Lyla, and hopefully not the last.
After marrying Chris Pratt in 2019, she gave birth to Lyla—their first child together—in August of 2020. Pratt, who was formerly married to Anna Faris, also has an eight-year-old son named Jack.
Fellow mothers expressed their love for the photo, like Lauren Gores Ireland, who wrote: "the best." Author and television host Daphne Oz was one of many who left hearts across the comments.
In addition to beach pics with her baby, Schwarzenegger has centered her Instagram around life as a mother. On Instagram Live, she posts weekly videos called "BDA (Before, During, & After) Baby with Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt," where she discusses topics such as relationships after having a baby, fertility and pregnancy journeys and the Black maternal health crisis.
The eldest daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger has also released multiple lifestyle and self-help books, including The Gift of Forgiveness: Inspiring Stories from Those Who Have Overcome the Unforgivable, which came out last March.
As such a hard-working mother, we are delighted to see Schwarzenegger getting some down-time with her daughter on the beach.
