The dress was designed by Oscar de la Renta. It features a strapless silhouette, along with a ballgown skirt. The fabric is adorned with crystals that somewhat resemble ornaments on a Christmas tree.
Cuoco accessorized the look with jewelry by Harry Winston and heels by Stuart Weitzman.
