Jennifer Lawrence Shows Off Baby Bump While Protesting with Pal Amy Schumer

Jennifer Lawrence and pal Amy Schumer were among the thousands of individuals who rallied for an important cause. And Lawrence used the occasion to show off her baby bump and maternity style.

On Saturday, the actresses attended the Rally for Abortion Justice in Washington, D.C. Following the march, Schumer shared a snap with her pal (which showcased Lawrence’s growing belly) alongside a clever caption. “I don’t have a uterus and she is pregnant but we out here @womensmarch @plannedparenthood #rallyforabortionjustice,” the 40-year-old wrote.

In the image, we see Schumer holding a sign that reads, “Abortion is essential,” while Lawrence's handwritten sign says, “Women can't be free if they can't control their bodies.” For the occasion, the expectant mother showed off her maternity style in a black-and-white plaid dress and a cropped jean jacket.

We learned last month that the 31-year-old is expecting her first child with her husband, Cooke Maroney. Reps for the couple confirmed the news to multiple outlets, including People and Page Six. Unfortunately, no other details about the pregnancy have been revealed. (We’re not surprised, considering Lawrence has been known to keep her personal life private.)

This will be the first child for both Lawrence and Maroney, who tied the knot at the Belcourt Mansion in Rhode Island back in 2019. The couple exchanged vows in front of 150 friends and family. The star-studded guest list featured several familiar faces, including Schumer, Adele, Emma Stone, Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Ashley Olsen, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, Cameron Diaz, Benji Madden and Sienna Miller.

Pregnancy looks good on you, Jen.
