Sheet Masks for Pregnant Bellies Exist and They Actually Sound Pretty Great
Hatch Mama

New moms and moms-to-be usually have a million and one things on their mind (like wondering if they’ll ever sleep again or where the heck they put that pacifier). Last on their to-do list? Giving their body some love and attention. Now, one beauty brand has come out with a new product that just might change that. Introducing a sheet mask for pregnant and postpartum women. (Yes, really.)

According to the brand’s description, the Hatch Mama Belly Mask is designed to minimize stretch marks and help soften inflamed scar tissue after birth. Made with aloe vera (to soothe and reduce inflammation) and propolis (to rebuild damaged cells and fade scars), it works just like a standard sheet mask for your face but, um, it’s for your belly instead.

The masks are $12 each, or four for $42. There are currently no reviews on the site, so who knows whether the mask actually works or not. And yes, the idea of putting a sheet on your belly is a little weird. But a beauty product that puts a mama’s needs first? Sounds pretty great to us.
