Grammy Nominations 2019: Here’s Who Got the Most Love (and the Least)
Kevin Winter/Getty Images

Wakanda forever! The Recording Academy announced the nominations for the 61st Annual Grammy Awards, and Kendrick Lamar leads the pack with eight noms (seven of which are for music from the movie Black Panther). For the first time ever, the top award, Album of the Year, has eight nominees, and five are women (who run the world?!).

But there are shocking snubs as well: The Carters snagged three (but none in the top categories), while Ariana Grande only picked up two. Carrie Underwood got zero nods. (C'mon, y'all!)

The show will be broadcast live February 10 on CBS at 8 p.m EST/5 p.m. PST from the Staples Center in L.A.
