‘Grace & Frankie’ Are Tapping Into a New Business Idea in the Season 6 Trailer

Grab your remote, because the all-new season of Grace and Frankie is coming sooner than you think—like, way sooner.

Today, Netflix dropped the show’s season six trailer and, as expected, it’s just as zany and heart-warming as previous seasons. In the brand-new teaser, Frankie (Lily Tomlin) spills the beans about Grace’s (Jane Fonda) new marriage to Nick (Peter Gallagher) and Sol (Sam Waterston) and Robert (Martin Sheen) contemplate a major life change. Inspired by Grace’s newfound inability to, um, get up off the toilet or couch, she and Frankie also come up with a brand-new business idea and pitch their “Rise Up” machine on Shark Tank. Those ladies know how to keep busy.

Back in January of 2019, Netflix officially renewed the series for season six and subsequently revealed that the show will hit the streaming platform on Wednesday, January 15. The company made the announcement on the show’s Twitter account (per usual), captioning the post, “You know you want it. Season 6 coming 2020.” And they’re so right, we really do.

If you didn’t know, Grace and Frankie follows ex-frenemies Grace and Frankie (duh) as they try to piece together their tumultuous lives after their husbands come out as gay and leave them for each other (ouch). Basically, it’s an uplifting story with a hint of humor that can be watched with your mom, your BFF or even your four-legged friend.

Bring on the shenanigans.
