With the Golden Globes fast approaching (T-minus two days), many stars are using the award show as a platform to speak out against sexual harassment.

In addition to wearing black at this year’s Globes in protest of the rampant sexual misconduct that has long plagued Hollywood, male and female celebs are donning a special pin in honor of the “Time’s Up” movement.

“Time’s Up” is an initiative launched by Jennifer Lawrence, America Ferrera, Reese Witherspoon, Eva Longoria, Emma Stone and more that aims to prevent sexual harassment through both awareness and a legal defense fund. Inspired by women who spoke about their experiences via the #MeToo movement, Witherspoon tapped Nocturnal Animals costume designer and stylist Arianne Phillips to design an official “Time’s Up” pin so award show attendees could show their support.
