Sorry, Pumpkin Spice, *This* Is Fall’s Trendy New Flavor

We know you’re so over pumpkin spice. Right? Right? OK, even if you do enjoy a PSL every now and then, there’s a new flavor taking over this fall: cinnamon roll.

In fact, we’ve already seen seen cinnamon picking up traction this year, from Ben and Jerry’s new vegan Cinnamon Buns pint and Cheesecake Factory’s new Cinnabon Cinnamon Swirl Cheesecake to Sam’s Club’s giant cinnamon roll cake.

As people begin popping their inflatable swans and dreaming about fuzzy fall sweaters, cinnamon-roll pie crust has been trending like crazy on Pinterest. It’s basically a bunch of cinnamon rolls pressed together to create a pie crust, and yes, it’s just as glorious as it sounds (DIY with this recipe). And if you’re feeling inspired, we dare you to whip up a giant cinnamon roll, too.
