Chloe Kim's Dad Made a Homemade Poster & It Deserves an Honorary Olympic Medal
Just because the windchill makes it well below freezing in Pyeongchang doesn’t mean Chloe Kim’s dad, Jong Jin Kim, can’t support his daughter with an element-protected handmade sign.
During the women’s halfpipe competition yesterday, the 17-year-old hit the slopes while her dad supported her from the sidelines with the most adorable laminated poster we’ve ever laid eyes on.
You wanna make me cry? Show me this picture of Chloe Kim's dad right before she hits the half-pipe. Yea, that'll do it. pic.twitter.com/IilYKUz8xr? Rebecca (@BeckksSG) February 13, 2018
Kim’s father proudly held a plastic-coated (you know, for quality assurance), pink-and-purple “Go Chloe!” poster that has us feeling all sorts of “Dad of the Year” vibes.
Chloe ended up taking home the gold medal for the halfpipe competition, so we can only imagine the handmade crafts that man has in store for his daughter’s next venture.
