Catherine Zeta-Jones just shared a rare throwback photo in honor of her father-in-law Kirk Douglas’s 103rd birthday.
Yesterday, the 50-year-old actress posted a never-before-seen picture on Instagram, featuring the Paths of Glory star sitting on her lap.
She captioned the post, “This guy on my knee, is 103!!!!! Happy Birthday Pappy!!! I love you with all my heart.”
Her husband, Michael Douglas, also celebrated his dad’s birthday on Instagram. The 75-year-old actor shared a photo of himself kissing Kirk’s forehead.
He wrote, “Happy birthday Dad! You are a living legend and your entire family sends you all the love in their hearts!”
This isn’t the first time Zeta-Jones celebrated her father-in-law’s birthday on social media. Last year, the actress shared a now-deleted video, which featured a montage of family photos and videos, while a young girl (who is believed to be Zeta-Jones’s daughter, Carys) played “Beautiful” by Christina Aguilera on the piano.
She captioned the post, “Happy 102nd birthday to the most beautiful man. We love you, Kirk.”
Zeta-Jones and Douglas tied the knot in 2000. They are parents to two children, Dylan (19) and Carys (16). The actor also has another son from a previous marriage, Cameron (40).
