‘Ginny & Georgia’ Star Brianne Howey Just Got Married in Intimate California Ceremony

It looks like we've got another celebrity wedding to celebrate!

There were a whole slew of surprise nuptials this past week, with Insecure star Issa Rae getting married to her boyfriend Louis Diame in France and Lady Kitty Spencer (Princess Diana's niece) marrying businessman Michael Lewis in Italy.

Now, we've got another ceremony to add to the mix. Ginny & Georgia star Brianne Howey just tied the knot this past weekend with her fiancé, Matt Ziering. The couple first met five years ago in a bar, when Ziering was celebrating the completion of his bar exam and Howey was spending a night out with friends. Flash forward and the two are now happily married.

The first shot from the wedding was posted by People, which Howey shared on her Instagram Story with a white heart emoji. In an exclusive interview with the magazine, Howey said, “It was the most beautiful feeling to be surrounded by so many people we love. The night was more magical than I could have ever imagined.”

The ceremony was attended by around 100 guests, and it was held at a family member's home in Palos Verdes, California.

Howey offered a few more details about the events of the day by saying, “I wish all of my nights could end with a Son of a Gun fried chicken sandwich and a Spice Girls dance party.” According to People, the actress walked down the aisle to Bill Withers's "Lovely Day" while wearing an A La Robe gown from Loho.

First, her smash Netflix series got renewed for a second season and now she's gotten married. It's been a good year for Howey.

Congrats to the happy couple!
