Someone better call Saul, because we need to know the fine print of this exciting news.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan will helm a two-hour project based on the TV series that first aired TEN years ago (we know, we can’t believe it either).
One possible title (which could definitely be a rumor per THR’s sources): Gree
But major details are still crystalizing (heh, get it?): Will this movie be a follow-up like Better Call Saul or a prequel (or neither)? Will the original cast, including Bryan Cranston as Walter White and Aaron Paul as Jesse Pinkman, return? They had a huge reunion in June, which may mean that they’re open to reprising their roles for the feature-length project.
Guess we’ll just have to sit and wait (and break out our chemistry textbook, while we’re at it)…
