Bobby Berk isn’t afraid to admit that his job on Queer Eye isn’t all that difficult. In fact, the 36-year-old just revealed which Fab Five member has the hardest role on the show, and (gasp!) it’s not himself.
Berk recently sat down for an interview with People to discuss the Fab Five and their jobs on the show: himself (design pro), Jonathan Van Ness (grooming expert), Karamo Brown (culture guide), Tan France (fashionista) and Antoni Porowski (food and wine guru).
Despite his labor-intensive job, the 36-year-old admitted that it’s by no means the hardest. Berk credited Brown with having the toughest role of the group, saying, “Every week, he has to reinvent what he does, because his job is really to get at the core of how we can help them emotionally with their self-esteem and their self-care and their love.”
Berk went on to explain the specifics, adding, “He has to, every week after we met our subjects, figure out ‘What am I going to do to help this guy.’ Whereas every week I might not know how big the job’s going to be, but I know I’m remodeling something. So, I’m in the game already.”
We’d love to hear what Van Ness, France and Porowski have to say about this.
