Big Little Lies season one had its share of familial drama, but season two is also guaranteed to be a family affair.

Actress Nicole Kidman, who plays Celeste Wright on the Liane-Moriarty-novel-turned-HBO-drama, spilled the tea on a recent episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show. DeGeneres prodded her about BLL, and she let slip that her and Keith Urban’s two daughters, Sunday, 10, and Faith, 7, will appear as extras for the second season. (We called it!)

“[My kids] were in as extras on Big Little Lies” Kidman said. “I’ve never told anyone. There I am now, being a big mouth.” Although it sounds like her daughters will only make a quick appearance, we’ll be glued to the screen for their TV debut.

And speaking of family, Meryl Streep will star as Kidmans mother-in-law, Mrs. Wright, in the new season. “That’s how the show begins. She comes to live with me. Mother-in-law living with you!” Kidman chuckled.

Hey, we’ll take any chance we can get to call Meryl Streep “Mom”…
