It’s official: Baby Luyendyk has finally arrived.
Earlier this morning, Bachelor alum Arie Luyendyk Jr. revealed that he and his wife, Lauren Burnham, welcomed their first child together, a baby girl named Alessi Ren Luyendyk.

He wrote, “This was first time she laid eyes on me and I’m forever changed. Alessi Ren Luyendyk.”
Yesterday, the former Bachelor announced that he and his wife were heading to the hospital in honor of their first child’s arrival. Luyendyk shared a photo on Instagram of the soon-to-be parents waiting in the maternity ward as he cradled Burnham’s baby bump.
He captioned the post, “IT’S HAPPENING!”
Burnham also posted a pic on Baby Luyendyk’s official Instagram account and wrote, “Is it time yet? #39weekspregnant.”
But wait, there’s more. The couple further documented their hospital excursion on their Instagram Stories, where Burnham shared a photo of “the cutest daddy-to-be carrying all the bags.”

Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham met on season 22 of The Bachelor. Although he originally proposed to Becca Kufrin, he later broke off the engagement to pursue his now-wife.
In November 2018, the couple announced that they’re expecting their first child together. Two months later, Luyendyk Jr. and Burnham tied the knot in an intimate Hawaiian wedding, which just so happened to be Twilight-themed. (Seriously.)
Still, one question remains: Is Chris Harrison a godfather contender?
