Ariana Grande Shares a Laugh with Castmate Cynthia Erivo in BTS Pic from ‘Wicked’ Movie Set

Though we have a longgg wait until the Wicked movie premieres in theaters, that hasn’t stopped Ariana Grande from sharing a behind-the-scenes update—with her fellow castmate Cynthia Erivo.

On Saturday, the “Positions” singer posted a photo dump on her Instagram page. Among the photos, she shared a black-and-white snapshot of herself and her co-star laughing during what appeared to be a table-read for the upcoming film. Erivo saw the post and wrote in the comments, “I love you Xx,” with a kiss emoji.

The Harriet actress posted a BTS video of her own on Instagram, which captured their first meeting on set. Erivo and Grande shared a warm embrace and briefly held hands. The “Thank U Next” singer came across the post and commented, “Just beyond. I love youuuu! [pink heart emoji].”
