Adam Rippon is trading his ice skates for jazz hands for the upcoming season of Dancing with the Stars: Athletes.

ABC just announced the names set to compete in the show’s first all-athlete season: Olympic figure skater Rippon, Olympic snowboarder Jamie Anderson, former Olympic figure skater Tonya Harding, Olympic figure skater Mirai Nagasu, NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Olympic luger Chris Mazdzer, pro softball player Jennie Finch Daigle, retired baseball player Johnny Damon and Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman. The athletes will battle it out in a four-week mini edition of the dance competition series.

If the announcement sounds familiar, it’s because fans have been speculating about Rippon’s involvement with the show after he dropped a hint in an interview.

“I think it would be a great opportunity and it would be really fun,” Rippon told Entertainment Tonight. “It would be really fun. I’ve always wanted to learn how to dance, because I’ve just been a solo act, like a one-man show.”

Nevertheless, his participation wasn’t confirmed…until now.

Dancing with the Stars: Athletes premieres on Monday, April 30, at 8 p.m. on ABC. Bring on the Leslie Jones commentary.
