We don’t even care if he goes home with a medal. In our mind, Adam Rippon has already won the 2018 Winter Olympics.

The figure skater and Reese Witherspoon fanatic made the American people collectively cheer when he brought his fiercest self to the men’s short program performance at the Gangneung Ice Arena in South Korea.

Set to the music of Ida Corr vs. Fedde Le Grand’s “Let Me Think About It” (the Eddie Thoneick remix), Rippon fist pumped and made the ice his own personal nightclub. (FYI: This is how we think we can dance after a few too many vodka sodas.)

The judges awarded the beloved American Olympian a score of 87.95, temporarily bumping him up to first place. Ultimately, the self-proclaimed “glamazon” placed seventh overall and performed best out of the American team.

Before his performance, Rippon told NBC on-air, “I may not be the best, but I’m the most fun.”

Never change, Adam. (And hit us up after you’re done with the whole Olympics thing, because we need to do brunch.)
