That’s right, Paramount is in the early stages of developing a sequel to the John Krasinski–directed film that became the most profitable movie in the history of horror films (NBD). CEO Jim Gianopulos announced the exciting news yesterday when he presented the studio’s film slate at CinemaCon, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Krasinski wrote, directed, produced and acted in A Quiet Place, which has raked in more than $200 million at the box office. The film also stars his wife, Emily Blunt, and Hollywood newcomer Millicent Simmonds.
Paramount hasn’t revealed any further details about A Quiet Place 2, but a script with no dialogue can’t take that long…can it?
