When it comes to hot sauce, everyone has a favorite. Maybe you’re a sriracha gal. Or maybe you’re crazy about Texas Pete. Welp, if you like your condiments extra fancy, this one’s for you.

Presenting Tabasco’s new Diamond Reserve Red Sauce. They’re calling it the “Champagne of pepper sauce,” and fittingly, it comes in a mini Champagne-style bottle. (We’re already sold.)

The condiment was developed in honor of the brand’s 150th anniversary and is made from carefully selected (read: the best of the best) tabasco peppers from Avery Island, Louisiana, where the company is based. The peppers were blended with salt and sparkling white wine vinegar before taking a 15-year nap (as opposed to the usual three-year aging process). According to the brand, the sauce “has exceptional complexity, while maintaining the signature flavor and vibrancy for which Tabasco Sauce is celebrated.”

With a price tag of $35 per bottle, it better be pretty damn complex. Still, if you’re really into hot sauce, it might be worth your while.
