Would You Eat a Slice of This Prosecco-Infused Pie? Because We *Definitely* Would

Thanksgiving calls for two things: wine and pie.

Luckily, a collaboration between Ruffino Wines and New York City–based Little Pie Company has resulted in the birth of the Salted Caramel Prosecco Pie. Per Little Pie Company’s Arnold Wilkerson, “Prosecco and pie are holiday staples, so now you can enjoy them all at once!” Combining dessert and drinks? This is genius—we wish we thought of it first.

The pie was inspired by the apple and citrus notes in Ruffino’s Prosecco, and it’s made with apples (duh), brown sugar, salted caramel and Ruffino Prosecco (also duh). And while the bakery is located in New York, it offers nationwide delivery online. A ten-inch pie costs $35 to $45 (plus shipping), depending on where you live. Expensive? Kinda. Worth it? Yasss.

We believe a toast is in order…along with a scoop of ice cream.
