Paris Hilton Just Committed a Major Fashion Faux Pas on ‘The Tonight Show’—But She Kinda Pulled It Off

Paris Hilton was a recent guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and while there, it seems the 40-year-old got her shoes mixed up.

When the Cooking with Paris star arrived, she was sporting a sparkly green dress from Giuseppe Di Morabito, however, the gorgeous design was paired with two different types of heels.

Nonetheless, Hilton took the mix-up in stride, and she posted a clip of the fashion faux pas to her Instagram. The video, courtesy of the The Tonight Show Instagram page, was captioned, “When you rush out of the house with the wrong shoes @parishilton #FallonTonight.” Hilton also commented a series of laughing emojis and a fire emoji.

While we've all been there before, users showed their support in the comments, with one person saying, “She can wear anything and still rock it.” Another thought Hilton was kicking off a new trend, adding, “I think it’s a fashion statement.”

Along with her mix-n-match fashion statement, Hilton sported diamond stud earrings from Samer Halimeh NY. Her ponytail waves were styled by Eduardo Ponce, while her makeup was done by Steven Tabimba. The entire ensemble was styled by Sammy K. Style.

Hilton also came on the show to talk about her investment in NFTs (a digital asset that represents real-world objects like art, music, in-game items and videos), and she even had a surprise for the viewers of the show. A clip from this moment was shared to the Tonight Show account, where they said, “@parishilton surprises Tonight Show audience members by giving them their own NFTs! #FallonTonight.”

Of course, if we're talking fashion, Hilton has set many trends throughout the years. So prior to the show, the Simple Life actress sat down to rate a few of her past outfits, too.

We might just have to start mixing up our shoes more often.
