In case you missed it, last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! was downright hilarious.
With Kimmel out of office this week, rock musician Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters stepped in to host last night’s Halloween episode, dressed in a full David Letterman costume (beard and all).
Frozen star Kristen Bell joined him (disguised as Tom Selleck from CBS’s Magnum, P.I.), and the two serenaded Grohl’s kids with a powerful mashup of the children’s classic “Do You Want to Build a Snowman” and “Enter Sandman” by Metallica. It’s downright scary.
Later in the show, Grohl interviewed blood-spattered Alice Cooper, and the two performed a spooky rendition of Cooper’s “Ballad of Dwight Fry.”
If you’re feeling a little homesick for Kimmel’s classic Halloween show, have no fear: Grohl even delivered Kimmel’s famed “I told my kids I ate all their Halloween candy” challenge.
