Kelly Clarkson’s Transformative Health Hack Is Just an Amazon Click Away

Kelly Clarkson is feeling stronger and healthier after deciding to spring clean her diet. 

The Voice coach opened up about her health during an interview with Extra, explaining that she began a “clean eating” regimen after reading the book The Plant Paradox by Dr. Steve R. Gundry, and hasn’t looked back since.

“I did it for this autoimmune disease that I had and I had a thyroid issue. All my levels are back up. I’m not on medicine anymore because of this book,” Clarkson marveled.

The best-selling book focuses on reducing foods high in a protein called lectins, which Dr. Gundry asserts cause inflammation.

As Clarkson explained, “It’s basically about how we cook our food, non-GMO, no pesticides, eating really organic…Literally I haven’t worked out at all.”

So you’re saying we can slim down and be healthier without dreaded HIIT classes? Sold.
