After nine years of Twitter clapbacks and revenge songs (cough, “Bad Blood,” cough), Katy Perry has finally extended an olive branch to Taylor Swift…literally.

Today, Swift posted a video on her Instagram Story featuring a package she received from her former frenemy. The gift included a literal olive branch, an envelope sealed with a puppy sticker (natch) and a sweet note saying, “Hey old friend– I’ve been doing some thinking on past miscommunications and feelings between us and wanted to clear the air.”

The feud started in 2014 when Swift told Rolling Stone that “Bad Blood” is written about a female artist who “tried to sabotage” her tour. After a series of subtle snubs on social media, Perry followed up with a diss track, “Swish Swish,” in 2017.

Fast-forward to 2018, and it appears they’re finally putting it to rest.

Welp, this has “Billboard chart-topper” written all over it.
