Emma Watson Returns to Red Carpet After Almost 2 Years in Gorgeous Two-Toned Ensemble

There were a number of noteworthy fashion moments at the Earthshot Prize Awards this weekend.

The event's host, Prince William, showed up in a dark green suede blazer from Reiss, along with a black turtleneck and matching slacks. Meanwhile, Kate Middleton attended the event dressed in a lilac gown from Alexander McQueen that she first sported back in 2011 for a BAFTA event.

However, one of the event's shining stars was Emma Watson, who walked the red green carpet in a two-toned, black-and-white gown from Harris Reed. Watson has not walked the red carpet since the premiere of the 2019 remake of Little Women, and after all this time, she did not disappoint.

Designer Reed shared the details of the look on his Instagram account, where he said, “I had the immense honour to dress @emmawatson in customised head to toe Harris Reed for tonight’s Earthshot Prize. Emma wears full Up-cycled Demi- Couture gown from my collection FOUND using old wedding dresses from @oxfamgb with classic H- flares all topped off with the divine #harrisreedxmissoma earrings, rings and bracelets!”

Watson's gown included intricate, floral-inspired detailing on the shoulder straps and neckline, along with strips of layered tulle stretching to the ground. Underneath, the gown included black trousers, with one pant leg peeking out thanks to the asymmetrical design.

It is fitting that Watson's gown was made out of upcycled materials, given the fact that the event was meant to honor those who are trying to solve some of the biggest environmental challenges of our time.

Along with making Watson's gorgeous ensemble, Reed's name might sound familiar because he was the designer behind one of the most stunning looks at this year's Met Gala—the golden, feather-adorned gown worn by model Iman.

It's good to see you back, Emma (and looking as stunning as ever).
