From Dole Whip ice cream cones to Dole Whip doughnuts, Disney has no shortage of pineapple soft-serve-inspired treats. (Mickey just gets us.) But the newest treat has us scrambling to book our flights to Disney right this second.
Ta-da: Dole Whip mimosas and Dole Whip Froscatos. Beginning Saturday, March 30, the two boozy beverages will be available daily at Wine Bar George at Disney Springs.
Served in a Champagne flute, the Dole Whip mimosa is made from pineapple juice, Moscato and prosecco. The concoction sounds not only delicious, but also right in line with the pineapple cocktail trend we’ve been seeing everywhere this season (Aldi, for example, recently released its own bottled sangria).
If you’re more of a frozen cocktail kind of lady, the Dole Whip Froscato was designed with you in mind. The boozy slushies are made from Moscato, vodka and pineapple and, in all honesty, pack a serious kick.
Luckily, Wine Bar George also has a new “wine country brunch” menu that pairs magically with boozy Dole Whip cocktails, so you won’t get too tipsy. Available from 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, the offerings include brioche French toast with mascarpone and caramel sauce, burrata with avocado and bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits and eggs Benedict with house-made chicken sausage and a crispy polenta cake.
