Bravo, Tommy Hilfiger: The Brand Just Debuted Clothing for Adults with Disabilities
With everything that’s going on in the world, we needed some good news—and Tommy Hilfiger provided. Today, the brand released a new clothing line for adults with disabilities, which includes 37 men’s styles and 34 women’s styles.
The clothing features special enhancements so it’s easier for anyone and everyone to put on. This includes Velcro and magnetic closures, one-handed zippers, adjustable hems for pants and easy-open plackets and shoulder seams.
After the release (and success) of its adaptive children’s clothing line last year in partnership with Runway of Dreams, the brand decided to expand on the concept for adults. And with nearly one in five Americans living with disabilities, the market is anything but niche.
Our favorite new item? The yellow, navy and red striped shift dress with hidden magnetic closures on each shoulder for easy dressing. Now if only everything in life were this altruistic (and adorable).
