It’s only been a week since the 2020 Golden Globes took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles and NBC has already announced hosts for next year’s show—Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.

Poehler confirmed that the comedic duo will return to host the awards show while onstage at NBCUniversal’s Television Critics Association press tour Saturday.

“NBC has long been the home to two of the funniest people on the planet—Tina Fey and Amy Poehler—and we didn’t want to wait any longer to share the great news that they’ll be hosting the Globes once again,” said the chairman of NBC Entertainment Paul Telegdy.

Fey and Poehler last hosted the Hollywood Foreign Press Association awards in 2015. At the time, the ceremony was said to be the last with them at the helm. We’re happy to know (now) that it wasn’t.

“There’s no denying that Tina and Amy’s comedic chemistry is infectious,” said Lorenzo Soria, president of the HFPA. “We can’t wait to see the dynamic duo return to the Golden Globes stage.”

This year, Ricky Gervais hosted the 2020Golden Globes (his fifth time) and he also claimed it would be his last. No other details have been revealed about the 78th Annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony, but we’re already excited.

Congrats, you two!
