Selena Gomez has decided to trade in her long, brown locks for a short shaggy bob with bangs.
Yesterday, the Rare Beauty founder shared a selfie on Instagram, showing her new ‘do to all of her followers. She rocked a wavy bob (with a touch of highlights) and bangs that were slightly curled at the ends. The Only Murders in the Building star also donned a black silk blouse with silver earrings.
Gomez wrote the caption, “New hair who dis?”
Fans flocked to the comments section to admire her new hairstyle. “SELENA I LOVE IT OMG???” one person commented. Another added, “STUNNINGGGG.”
Even some of her celebrity friends had praise for her stylish new ‘do. Vanessa Hudgens commented, “Sooooo cuuuuteee.” Singer Jessie J couldn’t get enough of the short cut bob, writing, “Love.”
This is certainly not the first time the Disney alum has sported short hair. Back in October, the young actress debuted her brown sleek bob in a TikTok video. To promote her watch party for the Only Murders in the Building season finale, Gomez shared a video announcing the date and time for the event.
Speaking of the Hulu series, the streaming platform confirmed that season two will return on June 28, 2022. Just last week, the show’s official Instagram account released a teaser that featured Gomez, Martin Short and Steve Martin.
“You're probably wondering when season 2 of Only Murders in the Building is going to hit the airwaves,” Martin said while standing in an elevator. Short responded, “I was wondering that too.” Before anyone else could say another word, the elevator doors closed and revealed the premiere date.
