We already know that change is afoot for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but this brand-new announcement is leading us to believe their recent move to Canada is more permanent than not.

One of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s top aides, Natalie Campbell, has found a new job after the couple announced they’re stepping down as senior members of the royal family.

The social entrepreneur was originally hired a few months ago to run Prince Harry and Markle’s joint charity, The Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Now that they’re breaking from their duties, Campbell has secured a job as the CEO of Belu, a U.K.-based bottled water company, and will no longer work for the royal family.

“I have been an admirer from afar for the last ten years; leading Belu into the next ten—continuing purposeful growth and changing lives as a result—is a privilege and an honor,” she said in a statement, according to Hello! magazine. “The world needs more businesses that put the environment, human rights and sustainable practice at the core of their values and operations. I can’t wait to get started.”

Campbell was a longtime employee of the royal family. Prior to working for Prince Harry and Markle, she was employed by Prince William and Kate Middleton’s royal foundation. She left last year to join the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s team.

Guess it was only a matter of time before Campbell said “ta-ta”…for good.
