This Wisconsin Resort Is a Tiny Home Dwellers Dream
Escape Village

If you’re thinking you might want to transition to a tiny home (entire family in one bedroom, why not?), this Midwestern retreat should be your next vacation destination.

The Canoe Bay Escape Village, in cozy northern Wisconsin, is the state’s first tiny home resort. Thanks to acres of forest and lakefront views, it’s just like any other outdoorsy hideaway. Oh, except the accommodations are under 400 square feet. (When we say cozy, we mean it.)

The miniature cabins feature Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired architecture as well as full-size kitchens, bathrooms and dwelling areas.

Rates start at $195 per night. We recommend packing light.
