According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, drinking ice-cold water helps you burn more calories throughout the day. How many? Seven per glass. If you do the math, that means drinking ten cold glasses of water a day for one week burns 490 calories. Not too shabby.

We're certainly not suggesting you ditch your fitness routine, but we are saying you should refill your glass. Like, now.
