You love the way you feel on the ketogenic diet (not to mention, eating all the cheese), but the only downside? It can sometimes be tricky figuring out if everything on your plate fits into your allotted number of carbs for the day.
Enter this clever new app (simply dubbed KetoDiet) that takes the guesswork out of keto. Boasting more than 300 recipes and nutritional information for 1.65 million popular foods, a few simple swipes are all you need to stay on track.
The app was created by food blogger Martina Slajerova (author of five best-selling books, including The KetoDiet Cookbook and Sweet and Savory Fat Bombs) with help from registered dietitians and health professionals. Meaning that the recipes go way beyond a bunless burger and limp salad, and you can trust that the advice is backed by research.
You can also use the app to look up restaurant meals and scan certain products at the store. Totally genius.
The only way to make going keto even easier? If the app delivered keto diet-friendly food straight to our door. Now, there’s a business idea…
