Beergarita (makes 1 cocktail)

In a cocktail shaker, combine ¼ cup lime juice with 2 tablespoons agave syrup, 1 shot tequila and 2 or 3 ice cubes. Shake well to combine and then strain into a tall glass. Top the glass with 1 cup Pacifico beer (or other pilsner) and serve immediately, garnished with a lime wedge.

Beergroni (makes 1 cocktail)

In a cocktail shaker, combine ½ shot Campari with ½ shot gin, 1 tablespoon sweet vermouth, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 or 3 ice cubes. Shake well to combine and then strain into a glass. Top the glass with 1 cup Peroni beer (or other lager) and serve immediately, garnished with a twist of orange zest.

Grapefruit Radler (makes 1 cocktail)

In a tall glass, combine ½ cup grapefruit juice and 2 teaspoons sugar to combine. Top with 1 bottle Blue Moon beer (or other wheat beer) and serve immediately, garnished with a wedge of grapefruit.

Beery Mary (makes 1 cocktail)

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 shot vodka with ⅔ cup tomato juice, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, ¾ teaspoon prepared horseradish, ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon Tabasco, 1 pinch celery salt and 2 or 3 ice cubes. Shake well to combine and then strain into a glass. Top with 1 cup Heineken (or other pale lager) and serve immediately, garnished with a celery stalk.

RASPBERRY HARD CIDER (makes 1 cocktail)

In a glass, muddle ¼ cup fresh raspberries and 2 teaspoons sugar to combine. Add 1 shot vodka and stir to combine. Top with 1 bottle Magners (or other hard cider).
