Apparently, Orlando Bloom Helps Prince Harry Dodge Paparazzi—Here's How

We've been learning quite a lot about Prince Harry ever since he appeared on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast. While the Duke of Sussex revealed never-before-heard tidbits about secret meet-ups with Meghan Markle and his life as a royal, he also shared an interesting fact about one of his current neighbors.

Although Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from their royal positions, they still have to deal with constant paparazzi. Luckily their neighbor, Orlando Bloom, helps them avoid those pesky photographers by warning the couple whenever he spots one.

On Shepard's podcast, Prince Harry said, "Just two days ago, Orlando Bloom sent me a message—because he's just down the road and we sort of keep in contact because of the paparazzi—he sent me a photograph which his security got of this long-haired guy with a beanie on, with his ear pods in, with his massive camera lying in the back of his 4x4 truck. A woman driving who did the peace sign sitting there as a distraction, and he is laid down in the back of this truck taking photographs of them out with their kid and whoever else is in that area."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved into their California home late last summer, where they have many famous neighbors, including Bloom and his wife, Katy Perry, as well as their recent interview host, Oprah Winfrey.

While the couple still deals with paparazzi, Prince Harry told Shepard that it's way better than it was before. "Here, I can actually lift my head and I feel different. My shoulders have dropped, so has hers," the duke said. "You walk around feeling a little bit more free. I get to take Archie on the back of my bicycle. I never had the chance to do that."

We're glad to know that Bloom has got Prince Harry's back.
