Pineapple-Turmeric Gin and Tonic
2 cups London-style dry gin
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Ice and lime wedges, to serve
4 cups tonic water
1. In a tall pitcher, stir together the pineapple juice, gin and turmeric until the turmeric is dissolved.
2. To serve, fill eight glasses with ice and squeeze a lime wedge into each. Divide the pineapple juice mixture among the glasses and top each with 4 ounces tonic water.
